Flavien Giltat’s practice focuses mainly on corporate law, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, fund-raising and group reorganisations, including shareholders’ agreements, asset structuring and management packages.

His attention to detail and his experience of restructuring taxation also enables him to work effectively on all types of equity transactions.

Flavien had a two years’ experience in Chicago assisting European business to enter the US market. Building on this experience, he now assists foreign companies expanding their business to France in every aspect of setting up the new business.

He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015.
